Our procedure is simple and stress-free. We arrive at your location, set up, and then the interview process begins. During the interview, we ask a series of non-offensive questions to spark memories and stories from days past. We will also ask you to be ready with any photos you'd like to include, and will digitize the photographs while we are filming. The interview process is fun, easy, and rewarding. And the end product? It's priceless.

Once the interview process is over (about 3 hours), we then take your raw footage and photos back to our studios, where the magic begins. Upon completion, we review each and every Profile before it leaves our studio, checking for disc errors and proper content.
